TLDR: Bought 2 of the 3 device models back in 2020. I have put them through the wringer and they still work great. Worth buying.
Long story:
Getting ready to move for the second time since buying 2 of these chargers and my roommate was talking about how much they loved having one of them out in the living room. Figured I'd check if it was on sale for cyber monday so I could leave the one in the living room for him and they were sale! (yay for me!). Then when I saw the Amazon notification that I bought my original 2 way back in 2020, it was clear they have definitely earned a glowing review for surviving all they have with me.
The Purpose: 10/10
As someone who loves to host and who also has ADHD (i.e. tends to set my phones and other things down in places and then forget where they are), I initially bought two of these 3 device chargers to have one by my bed and the other on the bar between my kitchen and living room. The intent of the later, was for guest to have a quick & easy place to charge their phones, and for myself, to have a naturally purposeful and logical place to hopefully set my phone down when out in the common area so as to lose track of it less often. For both of the goals, through 2 apartments and too many different phone and headphone and qi compatible devices to count over the last 2 years 10/10.
Performance/Functionality: 9/10
As I stated at the beginning, I bought both in 2020 and they are still both working great at the end of 2023. They are used on a daily and nightly basis by varying generations of androids, iphones, airpods, and sony earbuds.
The one con I could say, is they charge pretty slowly for todays standards but it appears the new generations have helped addressed that issue (I'll know for sure with my latest order).
Otherwise, I have put these things through the wringer. I definitely would not recommend any of this of course, but these both have had food, water, wine and an assortment of other alcohols spilled on them. The have been accidental coasters for drinks, had every kind of cleaning product used on them and have had a ton of items set on them that have no business being set on them. All that with no negative effect to the charging. I've also brought one with me to travel and it definitely made life easier enough that I am buying another today just for travel.
Customer Service: 10/10
I did go back through my emails as I vaguely remembered having an issue with one of them right after I purchased it and I did; one of them was not charging on just the right hand coil. However, I reached out the the company, explained the issue, and they sent me a replacement within 5 days (assuming based on our correspondence, because I don't remember that far back) and they followed up to make sure it was working correctly. 10/10

Low profile, low heat
Great slim & sleek look with nice material covering. The main bullet points for me are the small footprint while able to charge two devices at once with only one plug and low battery heat buildup (with fast charging set to off under phone settings).As pictured, I have tested it with an Electricity Load Meter and when compared to other apparently more robust wireless charging stations, this one consumes very little, almost negligible, phantom power (of course while no device is charging). Nevertheless, I have added a countdown timer (see pic) and set both our Samsung Galaxy S21 phones to an ample four-hour slow charge every night (fast charging set to off in phone settings under battery category). On this slow/low charge, the Load Meter registers a peak of about 6 to 7 watts per phone and automatically reduces intensity until phones are fully charged (well, almost fully charged since we have opted for the phones' setting that limits peak charging to 85% to protect the battery by extending its useful cycle lifespan). The fast wireless charge setting was also briefly tested with this pad and of course it gave faster/higher watt results at the expense of expected higher heat level.Another benefit of the Load Meter has been improved accuracy in pinpointing the correct positioning of the phones on the pad so that the coils line-up. As some other reviewers have stated, this can be a hit & miss issue if the placement is not correct. I have been able to circumvent this issue by making sure that the Load Meter reads at least 6 watts per phone (again, slow charge here).The combo of the slow, almost trickle, nightly charge along with the stone coaster bases below the charging pad (which appear to dissipate heat a bit) have reduced heat buildup and the phones only get slightly warm to the touch which is a great advantage when compared to other wireless chargers that I previously used which, granted, can probably charge faster, but the caveat is heat buildup.I'm no expert on this stuff, just a novice researcher trying to prolong the phones' usable battery life, but if you just want fast wireless charging speeds without having to worry too much about phone positioning on a pad, then perhaps a vertical stand/dock format may be your answer, at the expense of heat buildup.
