Admittedly, this movie would lose some of it's appeal for the younger generation, but for anyone over the age of 35 or 40, who appreciates older mob humor from the 80's and 90's, this movie stands the test of time. It's part slapstick, part sarcasm, part "feel-good", and part comedy classic. Two neighborhood nobodies, with sub-par lives, working at the lowest level for a neighborhood wiseguy, decide to take a chance at the track.........and from there, well..........hilarity.
