has lots of small pockets but really tough to use..da lock doesnt work well so i jus gave up! good to bring ur ipad n stuff but not for alot of usage to go in and out, things will fall out as u gotta open whole bad like its a suitcase! i like da material n feel of da bag but other den dat i have no use for it afta my vacation is done

I was looking for a small bag for my SurfaceGo, accessories, umbrella, etc and this one is was exactly what I was looking for.
PROs:
Small but fully functional to carry a small laptop, tablet, Bose headphones, umbrella and some other accessories
Really lightweight to the point that its weight surprised me
Zipper, lock and overall exterior material doesn't looks cheap and seems water resistant as advertised
USB thing was functional (saw some reviews complaining about it doesn't working

CONs:
Interior fabric looks cheap and seems that can get ripped out very fast
internal pockets are not that functional, too many in my opinion
Sewing finish inside is very basic
Lock is a little bit tricky to use so not sure if this drove some comments about lock malfunction

Overall: Liking it, I think it was a worth investment of money

I gave this pack 5 stars for two reasons. So the first pack came in rather quickly and I got it all set up. Took my first trip out of town and it was working great. Definitely as described holds tons of stuff. A few days into using it the lock stopped working. No matter what I did I couldn’t get it open. I had to pry the locks open to get my stuff out. Now you would think that would be a negative and your correct but I contacted the company while still out of town. They didn’t question anything just sent out a new one that beat me home. The new pack is working great. Overall the pack is excellent and did what I needed it too. The companies customer service is excellent and very responsive. I would definitely order from them again.

It has many pockets in it for storage and you can also put in a change of clothing if needed. I also love the fact that it has a safe-like combination on it locking the zippers together to help prevent any type of theft such as pickpocketing from behind. It is also very convenient when needing to charge your cell phone or tablet.
