I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It has a great plot and is well written.I loved how Pepper ran a rescue and rehab center for animals. I do however suggest you read the first book in this series so you can get the background for this story. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of this story and I highly recommend
The two also have a trip planned to Colorado with family that hopefully doesn't create problems. But when you have a witch marrying a werewolf you never know what is going to happen.
I liked this story but I honestly felt as though I was missing some details regarding everyone involved. I didn't realize that this book was the second book involving these characters and I think I would have preferred reading the other one first.
I liked the characters but I found that I didn't bond with them strong enough. I thought they were great but didn't form any super strong attachments where I need to know what happens next. I almost felt like too much happened in a shorter book. I do think what they were doing is great and I really liked how they helped Mike out with his situation.
I also felt as though they were making a huge deal of Lathen working for the government but it was talked about so briefly and then was done so I felt that it was a bit of a let down with how it was being worked up.
I think if I had read the other book first I may have formed a better bond with the characters but I am glad everything turned out good!
These two are no typical couple. She's a witch and he's a werewolf; their families are paranormal too, and their friends are delightfully quirky. While preparing for their nuptials they must accommodate Pepper's aunt, who just happens to be a ghost, as well as deal with Lathen's wolfy family. Then there's a secret mission for Lathen and some other complications, but we know in the end everything will work out for the couple. That's the true joy of reading a romance--the certainty of a happy ending, married with the pleasure of going on the journey to happiness with the characters.
I highly recommend this sparkling tale to all fans of romance in general, and paranormal romance in particular.

A witch's holiday wedding was the first book of this author and the first of this series i have read. This was a sweet, well written, read showing how hard it can be to set up a holiday wedding, run a wildlife rehab center, and prepare for all the confusion of the holidays themselves. Although there were a few times of stress during this story everything went too smoothly which is both good and bad. Really loved the rescue center and the idea of all they do, the awareness that it will bring to others that read this book is truly a wonderful thing. This book was hard to review as i really loved Pepper and Lanthe the main characters and those that support them as they are truly wonderful characters. Really loved the rescue and all it brings but just wanted the something more that it hints at many times during this story.
