After finishing this game, I feel compelled to write a review for this game. As everyone may know: Witch's Wish is about a young girl name Vicky who through trial and error eventually learn to master magic: something only the rich can learn to do. Throughout the game, Vicky has to use her magic in order to help her friends solve their problems. Eventually, her magic will be in need against something that threatens her beloved town, family, and friends.
The mechanics of the game are simple. As others may have wrote: you move Vicky via the Control Pad and cast magic using the stylus. Casting magic is a sensitive and annoying issue. If you do it wrong, you blow yourself up. Another issue is the long trail of conversation but there are bits that are important so pay attention. It's also hard to unlock the good bonuses due to you as Vicky have to duel against other 'witches' in a competition 'Witch One'.
Overall, the game may be drab due to movement, conversation, casting magic, and having to survive the constant dueling. But I like this game due to the cute characters, the pictures, the cool vs. opening before each duel, and the words of wisdom that you find in the game. I'm glad I paid 20 bucks for this game. But it still stings.
