The book obviously discuss' the basic usage of computers, from Input with a keyboard, to processing with the Microprocessor. What is most interesting is that many of Frank Herbert's philosophies from his novels (especially Dune) permeate into this early PC handbook.
So, not only does it discuss the capabilities and usage of early '80s computers, it also discuss' the philosophy behind said usage. Very interesting read so far, and is a must have for any Frank Herbert fan.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star review was because I purchased a "new" copy, however, the copy is clearly not new as it as a few written notes from the previous owner. On the other hand, the book is in near perfect condition and I wouldn't have known it was used if it weren't for the pencil written notes. enthusist
