to notice that "If you ask any attorney or judge on the value of eye witness
testimony, they will tell you that it is the least accurate type of evidence."
Having served on a jury I don't remember hearing anyone say that. The jury ruled
unanimously that the accused was guilty based solely on the reports of the three
eye witnesses who saw the crime. Not once did I hear any lawyer or judge make any
statments about the accuracy of the eye witnesse's reports. But maybe I could have
missed something so just to make sure I went and talked with three attorneys and a
court translater who has witnessed thousands of trials, and they all agreed that
Mr. Wissick's argument is bunk.
The court translator told me that eye witness testimony is considered direct evidence.
All the other evidence is indirect. He said direct evidence is very powerful if you
cannot discredit it. The defense lawyers will try to destroy the credibility of the
witnesses, but they never tell the court that eye witness direct evidence is the least
Just looking at the sample on Amazon, I can clearly see your fatal errors. You fail to verify that the gospels are written by the people who the early church claims they were written by. The gospels are anonymous and all mainstream scholars agree on this. Not a single copy of the gospels has a “by line”. The author of Luke even goes as far as admitting he is not a witness in the first 4 verses!
You also fail to notice that if you ask any attorney or judge on the value of eye witness testimony, they will tell you that it is the least accurate type of evidence. Keep in mind there are more witnesses to Bigfoot than there are to Jesus by far! Does that mean that Bigfoot is real? Absolutely not! Here is a perfect example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubNF9QNEQLA
So all you really have offered is excuses and failed to satisfactorily answer any of my objections. It’s not a matter of “want to”, it’s the fact that your evidence is vapor thin and doesn’t warrant the belief of an objective skeptic.
This was a unique approach to answering the question " Did Jesus really exsist".
An easy read and I would recommend to everyone
