Excellent vegetarian Worcestershire

The only reason I give it 5 stars is I can't give it 6. This sauce is everything that has been missing from my veggie burgers. I started with a frozen griller burger from morning star farm and electric skillet greased with olive oil on high heat. I placed a half dollar size puddle of wizard sauce and a fork full of minced garlic in the sauce. Put the sauce in before the oil reaches full temperature and when it starts to spit, place the burger on top and seer it with your spatula. This gives a charbroiled flavor as close to a meat burger that I have found. Thank you for this magical sauce, well named.

If you are interested in an organic version of Worchestershire sauce, look no further. It does not have the same exact consistency and is a bit thinner but you likely are not buying this to pour over steak. I put in a myriad of healthy dishes where it gets cooked down as part of a delicious sauce for stir fry for example. It is also fantastic for marinating.
