This book is sure to be valuable to readers interested in radical politics. While the book in fact has little to do with the Wobblies or the Zapatistas, it is a terrific primer on Staughton Lynd's ideas around revolutionary working-class social movements. This book, along with Lynd's "Labor Laws for the Rank-and-Filer", are both valuable writings on topics such as solidarity unionism, accompaniment, nonviolent civil disobedience and anarchist organization.

I bought the book because I knew Wobblies (International Workers of the World) and highly admire these men. We desperately need such courageous people today. We need such people who will fight and die to eradicate this nation of the vermin on Wall Street, the Koch Brothers, the Congressmen and president and his cohort who are these investment bankers, Corporate CEO, spies, and warmongers puppets. However this book is without a doubt the poorest written book I have ever read, and I am an avid reader.
