    Q：Why does the sound still seem very low even when both the audio source and sound bar are turned up to maximum volume?

    I am back to buy a second one, it is that good!

    I have a small Sharp TV that I love mounted under a cabinet in the kitchen, I use it whenever I am in the kitchen had served me well. The sound was always good but not room-filling sound as I would have preferred.

    I decided to find a speaker system and was starting to search for a mini system that would accomplish my needs. I found this one purely by accident, the price was way lower than I expected but the reviews were encouraging. I decided to give it a try and return and upgrade if it did not work out.

    To my surprise, the sound was just what I needed. The sound is clear and crisp, it is adjustable to fill the room with sound with no static or tinny sound. Very easy to install, we improvised and mounted on a 1 x 2 (painted black) behind the speaker to mount under my kitchen cabinet. It blends in seamlessly, you would not know it was there unless you are looking for it, however, my accent area is black, it would stand out if very light. Small and compact. Big sound. Very inexpensive... bonus!

    I am purchasing a second for an RV, small area that needs a lift of sound. I know this is just the fit :-)

    I'll be honest. I wasn't expecting a whole lot but was looking for something cheap. I was wrong. It's much better than expected. I set this up in the study with a 32 inch TV, using the optical connection. I am very impressed, particularly for the price. The sound is a little muddy, but clearer and capable of much more volume than the TV itself. I'm about six feet from the TV, and use the lowest volume settings. No one will confuse it with a $1,500 Atmos-rated system, but it punches pretty well against sound bars in the $300 - 400 price range.. The spread of the sound is very impressive. You can move to one side and still hear clearly beyond the point where you would have been able to see the picture. Set-up was ten minutes, if that, most of which was rounding up a couple of batteries for the remote. The remote has three sound modes (music, news for improved voices, and movie with limited surround sound. There's a main volume, and a second volume to boost voices. You do have to turn on the soundbar... it's not one of those that turns itself on. I personally consider this a good thing... no waking up at 3 in the morning wondering why the sound bar is lit up ! The LED display can be set to on or off, but no levels. It does, though, increase brightness when you hit a button, and decrease it again about 15 seconds later to a level that isn't distracting when you are watching at night. I dug out an old phone and aux cable, and the music is, again, very impressive, but you do have to run it at higher volumes than the optical (up around 14 instead of 2)... be careful when switching between the two ! The only things worth complaining about are the remote feels very plasticky and the optical cable they provide gets the job done, but you might want to pick up a nine dollar job from Walmart for something a little sturdier. Both of these are givens at this price point, but I had to complain about something... In the end, for $40, it's a no-brainer.

    I want to thank the makers and shippers of this Wohome sound bar. Someone in the Wohome shop writes clear set-up instructions in my native tongue (English), and displays them both inside and outside the box. Even better, their instructions for connections and compatibility suggest alternative terms that may be used by the maker of the TV. In my case, I wouldn't have known how to complete the setup without those alternative terms. A month or so ago, I bought a different sound bar from a different maker--and wasted two evenings, and a long phone call to an in-house techie--trying to make the damn thing work. It never did, but Amazon came through promptly with my refund. In contrast, the Wohome set up took fewer than 15 minutes--and that long, only because I went over every step three times. The sound is good for my needs; the remote is easy and intuitive; best of all, my whispering TV (with back-facing internal speakers) is now loud enough to annoy my neighbors.

    I'd rather not rave on in this review so I'll simply highlight the key issues.

    - Speakers are not properly engineered and improperly grounded, so there is a constant static coming from them while powered.

    - The second issue is the failed effort at power savings. The speakers cut on and off as they detect incoming audio but due to the aforementioned problem, the speakers will 'pop' as the power returns, becoming incredibly irritating.

    - This product claims to have a built in subwoofer but I heard no evidence of it. Compared to my older Logitech stereo speakers without a sub, the quality was indeed lacking and sounded diluted.

    At this point and after all the disappointment I've experienced in the realm of audio devices, I'd advise not buying products without a brand reputation. As is these speakers are a waste of resources they're made of.

    I was skeptical at first. I bought a similar one at the same price point and had to return it because of poor sound quality. This speaker is wonderful and the price is even better. The sound is clear and the bass is definitely present. Would purchase again for another tv. No issues with tv connection as I'm using the Aux option. I use the Bluetooth option to play music from my phone and there hasn't been an issue there either.

    I took a chance with this set when I first saw this product. Because I just gotten a new tv and the sound system was, not as good as I thought it would be. So took a chance of this speaker set since it is not too expensive and easy to install. And when I tested out the sound system, boom, can actually hear something again. So this indeed a good product, nothing too crazy or amazing. Just something to hear my movies and tv shows when I am busy drawing and such. Bottom line, its a keeper and I recommend it ^^

    We looked at them all, really not excited by surround sound and all the hassle that goes into it. But our TV speakers were vibrating sometimes and distracting us from unwinding in the evening. So we got this and wow, it is working great! Easy to hook up, came with the cables, works with our Fire tv remote and the sound is great.     Packaging is nice. But upon unwrapping the soundbar I noticed some minor scratch marks here and there. Especially obvious on the glossy sides and the buttons side of the soundbar. There’s also a long hair sticking at the bottom of the soundbar. Tested it regardless. Quality and features whatnot pleasantly surprised me, given the price. There is also a big, cheap quality sticker on the top of soundbar.that shows how to connects etc. I spent 45mins peeling it and cleaning the residue off. Please either use a better quality sticker, or stick it at the back/bottom, or just not stick it on the soundbar at all. Its a pain in the xxx to take it off.

    Thought about returning because of the obvious scratch marks. Too lazy. But I hope Wohome will do a better job next time.
