The Pistachios that I received were FRESH AND FLAVORFUL. I like the fact that the serving size is one quarter cup for only 160 calories I measure them out then put the bag where I can't reach it. They are that good. And no shells. 40% of Copper RDA in a single serving

Pro: Great to have these already shelled, lower salt than others, but I still would have preferred no salt at all for health reasons. Simply can't find them so I went with these and I'm enjoying them. No added sugar and that's appreciated. Not sure if they are dry roasted without oil, but package states zero Trans Fat in 1/4 cup serving so my guess is there's no corn or soy oils used in the processing of these delicious nuts.
Con: Other than I prefer to use my own salt or seasonings when I cook, these are truly wonderful.
