Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

Within Christendom there is a wide variety of teaching on the world of the Holy Spirit today. Anyone who has studied this subject from the pages of Scripture will not be surprised by this for as we progress through the Bible we find that the work of the Spirit changes. Thus our view of the Spirit and His work will depend upon which parts of the Bible we focus upon. After Christ's ascension, for the enxt 30 years or so, there was a profusion of overt action from the Spirit, but after that? What? This is what the author considers. What was the work of the Spirit after the period of time covered by the Acts of the Apostles.
