From the Author
This supercontinent is called Rodinia (Russian for "Mother Earth").While much is known about Pangaea they are still debating on the structure ofRodinia.
We do know that the Appalachians (located in EasternU.S), Caledonians (located in the UK and Scandinavia), were not inexistence at that time. Nor were many other modern mountain ranges, such as Mt.Everest.
The map you see is based strictly on Biblical descriptions. Thisland would have been located somewhere within the boundaries of Rodinia.
The known facts concerning the Flood destroy much of the criticism of those who believe the story is only a myth. Not all facts are included in this book as they are constantly learning new scientific facts. Be sure to read the Q&A at the end of the book as you will be surprised by the growing knowledge of our past and of the Ark itself.
What is most interesting is that science is finally catching up with the Bible. Evolutionists try to explain away these facts, but that is proving to be an impossible task. They offer alternative interpretations of the facts, but these theories are strained. Accepting the raw data as is tells a convincing story.
The novel is based on Perished: The World That Was, thus havingsimilarities. But it is focused on the Ark and upon Noah.
