What this book does really well is give you a thorough list of possible topics to include when building a world, things to take into consideration. It did make me examine my world a little deeper, and for that alone I don't regret buying it. On the other hand, I guess I was looking for tips about how to integrate the world building into my story in a smooth way without info dumping, but that wasn't really addressed much, if at all. I've since started watching Brandon Sanderson's lectures (see link on his website) and the Writing Excuses podcasts, which have been more helpful for my own needs.
