Review

“I’ve been a huge fan of this series from the start, I’ve enjoyed watching each one of the Worth brothers meet their match and fall in love.”
—Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews on Worth Everything

“The first in Erickson’s Worth series is wonderful, full of passion and fire. It has a wonderfully written cast of characters, all the drama and romance that readers love…”
—RT Book Reviews on Worth the Scandal

“Erickson sets the perfect stage for love in the world’s most romantic cities, making Alex and Tessa’s quick romance plausible, plus steamy lovemaking and a looming subplot help carry the story along to a surprising yet gratifying conclusion.”
—Library Journal on Worth the Scandal

Book Description

Disinherited from the family fashion-accessory business and informed she’s the illegitimate daughter of the famous—and long-dead—Michael Worth of Worth Luxury, Anastasia Renaldi turns to the one man who can help her obtain what is rightfully hers.

Gavin Westmore thinks he knows what kind of woman she is—until he discovers first impressions can be wrong. Soon they’re spending lots of time together—and it goes beyond the attorney/client type meetings. The only question is, after untangling the web of lies to get to the truth, whether there will be any room left for love.

I've been a huge fan of this series from the start, I've enjoyed watching each one of the Worth brothers meet their match and fall in love. That's not to say I didn't want to hit a couple of them over the head at times or better yet kick them where it hurts, but in the end I was truly satisfied with their stories. At the end of Worth The Challenge, we learn that Anastasia Renaldi is a product of an affair between the brother's late father, Michael, and his business competitor's wife, Claudia Renaldi. Yes, it was a huge scandal but at the same time I was cheering because that meant we got another Worth It book! There are many, many things I like about this book yet it also left me asking quite a few questions.

Anastasia (Stasia) Renaldi is drifting, she found out the reading of her father's will, the man who raised her that she isn't his biological child and in addition he's cut her off from everything she knows. She's approached her biological father's family, only to be shunned. Out of desperation she turns to attorney Gavin Westmore who went to school with the oldest son of her biological father, Michael Worth. I'll admit I kind of had a hard time liking Stasia; it was quite evident she was use to getting her way and when she didn't she would get mad, then cry, and then give up. I found her to be a little uneven, fierce one minute and then timid the next. Perhaps it was the circumstances that made her his way or maybe it was her upbringing, but she just struck me as someone who wasn't sure what she wanted even though she said she did. Don't get me wrong, I can completely sympathize with what she was going through and that is one reason I didn't hate her, but she just didn't seem very genuine to me.

I found very little like able about the heroine. I know she had to be portrayed as a little lost at this point in her life, but she came across to me as a total nutcase. Our hero was fine enough, but somehow the story lacked relateability to me. And, too much gratuitous sex for me

What a great book. The Worth brothers have a sister, a sister they knew nothing about. A sister who was flabbergasted to discover her father was not her father and he had written a will that not only disowned her but forbid her continued association with the family business. With the help of her attorney she manages to connect with her new family.

This book is just as good as the first three in the series. I am going to miss the Worth family

I got it thr day it came out and i couldn't put it down. I loved the Worth brothers and their sister is no exception. Loved traveling the globe with her, hoping her family and love problems would all work out. Karen builds her characters well and sets the scenes so well you see it right with her. Keep up the good work.

I enjoy a great storyline when it desribes family members and their interactions with each other. In this series the Worth brothers, while each had a playboy reputation, each find a good woman to tame them down with a bit of excitement, sexual tensions and discovered love. Thumbs up.

I loved reading this book. The author wrote the story with gusto. It is fabulous written with all the characters of the combined of the three books. I am glad the sister found her love and being accepted by the second family. I love a happy ending. Could not put the book done. A very good read.

I loved the first three books and was so looking forward to this book, boy was I disappointed. It seemed to just drag on and on. Stasia and Gavin had no chemistry at all. I had hoped for more but didn't get it. See where there will be a series about the Renaldi's hope it will be as good as the first three Worth books.
