One of our favorite parts is the chapter on how you must Break through the Noise with the 9 Cs of Sales, including being credible, consistent and compelling! While I am nearly 70 I found this book to be a great overview of all of the methods of communication from human dialogue to Twitter-- and thus it truly opened my eyes to the "new world of personal communications" in all in shapes and sizes! Mr. Sauers has spun his book in a very unique style that emulates face to face conversation that I found both interesting and more understandable. His in depth knowledge on this whole sphere of what is lumped together as "social media" was so insightful and useful that I would recommend this book to anyone from their early twenties to those my age and even older. Why? Because we are all surrounded by and impacted by these facts of lightening speed and dynamic communications whether we like it or not. So why not learn about it so you can either participate or "defend yourself" from the reality of these times. Sauers deserves an A+ on knowledge and the same on content delivery. It is a must read!

However, this book also applies to everyday communication, listen more and talk less. "Would you buy from you?" is a difficult question but when you walk a mile in someone else's shoes you have to remember to take your shoes off first or you won't be able to answer the question truthfully!
