“Ty gets what he always wanted, controlling interest in Hotel Rodeo. Monica is not sure where she fits in Ty’s life, until Ty asks her to come on board as a partner. Monica always thinks the worst in people, so she assumes Ty only wants her for her money. She is not sure where she belongs with Evan or Ty. Monica only gives Ty one week to pitch his idea, if she likes it she will consider staying. There Ty sits at the bar drowning his sorrows, Monica the only woman he ever made love to in his own bed. The next day she flees and runs back into her ex-finance’s arms. When he had to tell her about Tom, it broke him and his feelings for her confused him. Outside the bedroom they mixed like oil and water, but in the bedroom they lit the sheets up on fire. Ty was still attracted to Monica and couldn’t understand why because she didn’t any interest in his life or his world. When they go to Oklahoma to bury Tom Monica sees a new side to Ty. She becomes more attached to him and that scares her. After a bender Monica helps Ty up to is room to sleep it off, he wants to spill his guts. He wants her to understand how important the Hotel is to him. Ty tells Monica all about Delaney and the only woman he wanted was her. Tom had taught Monica what it was to be oved. That’s the only thing she ever wanted was to love and to be loved. Now Tom was gone and she was hurt and lost, but most of all she felt so alone. She figured Ty was in the same boat as her. But was she ready to take a chance on him and be hurt in the end? She did not know the answer to this and was more confused when she tried to think things thru. They flew back to Texas for the final rodeo. Ty asked Monica to come but she declined.Read more ›

Picking up after the death of Tom, Ty’s partner and friend and Monica’s father, we finally see some hope for this couple in part two of their story. We also see more from the man left behind in New York when Monica fled to Vegas after her father’s stroke, Evan.
Here the two, possibly bound together by the shared grief at Tom’s loss actually expend energy and time getting to know one another. Gone, for the most part, are the rush to judgement moments of the earlier story, and Tom’s bequests are directly responsible for most of the action.
With his new controlling interest in the hotel, Ty believes that he has everything he wanted: since he and Monica still have (and act on) that amazing chemistry. But all is not simple: with Evan being a constant presence as he works to convince Monica to come back and fit into his own carefully proscribed life, she’s struggling with her own realizations: the first of which is that life without Evan is quite interesting. And, a life with Ty just might be intriguing.
A touch of manipulation on the part of both Ty and Evan throws yet another relationship into the mix, as the exes (Delaney and Evan) are thrown together. Perfectly matched, the two are manipulative with their former partners, but these two seem to fit together well in their continued attempts to sway decisions for their own benefit.

Finally Ty opens up to Monica and shares his dreams and his heart, and while she vacillated far too often for my taste (he did exhibit a TON of trust and vulnerability) she finally reins in her rampant insecurities and questions and makes the right and logical move.

NOTE: Blog Tour review includes all three stories in the Hotel Series
Hell on Heels (Hotel Rodeo #1): Hell on Heels is part one of Ty Morgan and Monica Brandt's story. It introduces us to these two polar opposite people, one is city and one is country (let the games begin lol), who share one commonality ... Tom, Monica's father and Ty's mentor and business partner. When the two meet, it's nothing but butting heads LOL but fear not, you know what they say about opposites :)
NOTE: Be prepared ... sad cliffhanger ahead :( (but not surprising....)

Two To Wrangle (Hotel Rodeo #2): Two to Wrangle picks up right where Hell on Heels left off so I cannot emphasize enough that you must read it first!
Through tragedy and sadness and a common goal, Ty and Monica begin to use their chemistry and spark in a positive way! There's more drama than necessary thrown into this, in my opinion, but it doesn't really deter from the overall satisfying story. I'm not gonna lie and tell you that These two were exciting every step of the way and that I didn't struggle at times with the back and forth and back and forth (ugh) but because the story was short, it made it possible for me to enjoy it even with all the #twichy lol Aaannnnd we get our HEA for Ty and Monica #win

Beauty and the Bull Rider (Hotel Rodeo #3): This is a new (sorta) story to the trilogy (sorta) LOL It's the story of Delany McCall. Now, if you read the series from the beginning, or even just Two to Wrangle, then you know Delany is Ty's ex-wife and the reason she came looking for him in Vegas. Cue, our very sexy bull-rider, Zac McDaniel, Ty's best friend who's secretly had a thing for Delany since day one! (seriously, it's like a daytime soap opera up in this trilogy lol). I really loved their story.
