Their story is an easy, sweet read. Hank is a likeable character and Clara is strong and a bit unspoken. I like learning what's happening with characters from book one as well.
A story about Clara, a girl living with her older brother and his wife in Chicago. When the brother tells her they are moving due to his job to New York City, she decides the letter she got from her friend in Arizona Territory about a man needing a bride is where she'd rather be so she embarks on an adventure. Seeing that she has a love for animals, and open spaces and not so much tall buildings this seems to be the right path for her.
Hank, a man still living at home with his father and 6 sisters, still in deep sorrow over the loss of his mother. Hank recently inherited some land from his grandfather under one condition, he must marry and the time to do so is quickly approaching.
Will Clara and Hank see sparks? Is there going to be a wedding? Will she marry for convenience or love or not at all? As her two good friends already living in Arizona Territory she knows she doesn't have to marry Hank if they don't match at all. Will Hank's father and sisters approve of her? You know you are curious to find out the answer, don't hesitate on this story, go ahead and click the buy button and take the adventure with Clara.
