This story is Zach's story who feels like he doesn't deserve happiness, because of past mistakes. Sophie was Zach's deceased sister's (Chelsea) best friend who has been in love with Zach forever. Zach wants Sophie to stay away from him and he feels she is better off without him. After Chelsea's death Zach and Sophie find notebooks of Chelsea's dream for a Woman's Only Spa Resort. Wanting to fulfill Chelsea's dream is a big part of this story. Have I caught your interest yet, read the book to find out if Zach and Sophie receive their HEA. This book is a wonderful beginning to a new series by Jules Bennett, it has it all angst, sadness, forgiveness, diverse characters, great character interaction, heartwarming moments and of course love. We even get to read about Zach's softer side that made me sigh! This book proves people don't have to be natural sibling to come to love another. I am looking forward to the rest of the books in this series!

I was privileged to get an ARC of Jules Bennett’s first full length novel. And I was not surprised that it would be a terrific read.
The three Monroe men have taken over the house their late sister purchased and are converting into her dream. It is not without its emotional and unhappy memories while accomplishing this task. The three grieving brother’s, Zach, Liam and Braxton have had their share of heartache and tragedy and it’s defined the men they are today. Zach who is our first hero we read about has made a lot of mistakes in his life that have hurt the ones he loves, both physically and emotionally. One of those is Sophie Allen, who was their sister’s best friend and who has felt the loss of her since her untimely death. Sophie has love Zach since she was a young girl. But he cannot get past the great harm he did to her in an accident that could have cost her and his brother Liam their lives. He paid for his mistake in the eyes of the law, but he felt he could never forgive himself for what it cost Sophie and Liam. Soon Zach would begin to build the dream for his departed sister and find a dream of his own, and rebuilding the relationships with his past and building a lasting foundation on love and trust.
This was a highly emotional story. It grabbed my attention from the first page to the last. It was sexy, serious and heartbreaking all at the same time. I cannot wait until the next book and what brother will be up next.

Another amazing series by Jules Bennett. I was pulled in at page one. The Monroe's had adopted three boys and one daughter, each had their own demons to conquer, but they gave them a home, hope and most of all, love. Zach had inherited the family construction business and had made it a success. The brothers were still reeling from the loss of their sister, Chelsea. Sophie was Chelsea's best friend and had had feelings for Zach since they were kids.But since and accident that Zach was at fault that changed the lives of Sophie, brother Liam and Zach, he hag built a giant wall and had kept his distance from her, even though he had feelings for her too. He has done this for 10 years. Chelsea had purchased a Civil War era property with a house and two cottages on it before she had died, but the brothers did not know what she wanted to do with it. The city wants to buy it from the brothers, they don't want to sell. Sophie was at Chelsea's getting some belongings when Zach comes over also and they find some binders hidden in a closet with Chelsea's plans for the property. She wanted to turn the property into a Women's Spa and Retreat. Well, for her rough and tough brothers they didn't know what to think or how they were going to do that, but they would to honor her wishes. Sophie was going to help, which meant she and Zach would see a lot of each other. I LOVED watching both of them change, Sophie became a stronger person, and she broke down Zach's walls. With the help of a stray dog who has puppies, a runaway boy who reminds Zach of himself, and a strengthening of the bond of brothers, two people fall in love. You will love the ride. I can't wait to read the other two brothers stories!!!

I was literally hooked from the moment I read the back of this book. It's really a heartwarming touching story that's definitely enjoyable. The author had a way with making me feel like I've never read characters like this book. I'm really looking forward to Braxton's story and is leading lady, I'm already intrigued.

This series is emotional about a set of siblings that have demons to face all different but they share one thing in common and that is not dealing with their past and getting angry instead. They all have one person that comes as a buffer between the three and Sophie is madly in love with the one that she shouldn't but her heart has never listened and it was time to show him that he needed to stop being scared and go after what he wanted.

Jules Bennett has a wonderful series starter with this title.
The Monroe brothers promise to be an interesting bunch.
Construction specialist, Zach had a heartbreaking childhood of abuse and neglect, until he was adopted into the Monroe family.
An incident that injured his friend Sophie is something he can never stop beating himself up for. ..even though she forgave him years ago.
Real estate executive, Sophie, has always loved Zach. She was close friends with the boys' sister Chelsea, and they were all like family.
But, sadly, Chelsea died and has left a rundown mansion to her brothers.
The decision to honour Chelsea's dream, by creating a spa retreat at Sunset Lake helps to bring the brothers together. It also brings Sophie into regular contact with Zach.
Sophie would love nothing more than to have a life with Zach. But he has to let the hurts from his broken childhood go, if he hopes to love Sophie the way she deserves.
I'm about to start book #2 about the next brother, Braxton.
