From the Author
What I enjoyed most about this project was the alterations I kept making. I always referred to this project as my ADHD book because I kept losing sight of my original plot outline, which was why it wound up being classified as a psychological thriller.
About the Author
Kevin C. Davison had always been an imaginative individual. He enjoyed making up stories ever since he could speak as a child. He wrote a few short stories throughout his elementary school years as well as poetry. During his childhood he had epilepsy and was afflicted by cancer. At times his imagination was all that kept Kevin going. Having spent a lot of time in the hospital writing was pretty much all Kevin had. He survived kidney cancer at the young age of ten and has been in remission. Kevin didn’t conquer epilepsy until he was in his mid-twenties. His afflictions never held him back. Kevin wrote many tales and poetry but his first manuscript accepted for publication was Reign of Viscus, the first installment of the Athyxian Chronicles. That was in September of 2010. Kevin also wrote a side project outside his series titled Wrath in July of 2010. He followed with the second installment, Minions of the Servant in November of 2010. The third installment of the Athyxian Chronicles was released in late January of 2011. Since the passing of a dear friend and co-creator of several of the characters in the series Kevin and his publisher worked on a project to release the first installment as a special edition in the memorial of John Bradford who was taken in October of 2012 by cancer.
