Why flow? Because it’s the peak creative experience from which all the best ideas, impressions and convictions come. And to learn about how authors can achieve that state, there’s no better coach than Nina Amir’s Guide to Creativity and Flow. Not only does she share her own rituals for entering that sacred space that has helped her become the author powerhouse she is, but she also pulls from the experience and research of many other top minds in the field of Creativity.

This guide book includes a powerful interview with world renowned creativity expert, Dr. James C. Kaufman of the University of Connecticut’s Psychology department. It also has a chapter written by author marketing great, Joel Friedlander about tapping into your own creativity through a “unique moment.”

I recommend this book for anyone who thinks they are experiencing “writer’s block” or who have found themselves stuck in a writing funk they just can’t seem to shake. Nina delivers some down to earth advice that can help any blocked writer back get back in their groove and any productive writer take their craft to the next level.

As a marketer of 13+ years I saw as I read this book just how much more effective my marketing messages would be if I minded to enter the state of flow and creativity that Nina talks about in this book before creating any story, trainings, blog post, etc. In truth, these techniques were actually a huge part of what finally got me to write my first book,
Selling Well: The 5 Relationships That Experts, Authors & Coaches Use To Sell 1,000 Books In 21 Days .

New goal: pay attention to being present in ALL my writing and marketing!
