How to Write a Restaurant Business Plan in Ten Steps: Sample Restaurant Business Plan Included Kindle Edition
Because starting a business, especially a restaurant business, is so complicated, it's no wonder just about any lending source, be it a bank, investor, or even friends and family will inevitably ask you for a business plan. At this point, your choices are simple, either hire a professional business plan writer, such as me, to write one for you. Or, embark upon the ah-inspiring journey with a detailed guide such as this!
This leads to the purpose of the book.
The purpose of this book is to provide you with a step-by-step guide to completing a well-written and thorough restaurant business plan to use for funding purposes, as a benchmark for operational objectives, or any one of many other applications. Specifically, this book was written for prospective entrepreneurs, startup companies, business owners seeking to grow their organization, and even business students faced with the need to write a restaurant business plan for their coursework.
Book and Chapter Structures
The restaurant business plan writing steps in this book covers all aspects of the business plan writing process, beginning with developing a company description (the executive summary segment should always be written last, more about this topic later) to constructing a professional and polished funding request segment.
In each of the ten steps, I first provide an introduction to the new business plan section. I then explain, in general terms, what the new section means and discuss why it's important for you to include it in your restaurant business plan. To build upon this foundation, I then offer a “real world” restaurant business plan sample related to the section. Finally, an analysis of the sample is included to help you understand the component.
The objective of this structured process is to first ensure a foundational understanding of the section is achieved. Then, the subsequent restaurant business plan example and analysis are meant to solidify your understanding and provide a “real world” perspective.
IF you still need help writing your restaurant business plan, at the end of the book, I ALSO include a professionally written restaurant business plan sample for you to use in part or as a whole for your business plan writing needs.
On a final note, to put a cherry on top of the proverbial cake, I have conducted and included preliminary restaurant market research, which is included in the “Industry Research” section for you to use!
In the end, I am supremely confident that this restaurant business plan writing book, with its numerous tools and tips for business plan writing, will help you develop your coveted restaurant business plan in a timely fashion.
