"Jodi Watters has done it again with her second book in the Love Happens series. It is not too often that an author can match or better the first book, but this author has. I loved this one just as much as the first. This was a great story. I loved how the other Scorpio men make appearances... Cannot wait for Asher's story... I definitely recommend this book and series to read." (Hooked on Books)
"The back and forth between these two was so much fun to read as it also came with sexy scenes, quirky relatives and real life issues that made this story worth staying up for hours to finish. Just as in the first book, the author seems to embrace people, quirks and all, to create characters that are real and worth spending time with. I hope there are more books to come as I can't get enough of these alpha males and strong heroines." (Give Me Books)
"One of my favorite books of the year. Sexy, fun with laugh out loud scenes, sad, and plenty of emotion. It had it all."(Goodreads Review)
"Have you ever started reading a book even though you didn't expect to like it? And then you do? Well that was me with this book! I just loved how adorable, sexy but still emotional at the same time the book was. I thoroughly enjoyed it." (Goodreads Review)
4 1/2 stars! LOVE this book.
(Goodreads Review)One of my best reads this year!
About the Author
My love for steamy romance began when I was in junior high. A friend and I came upon a dumpster of discarded paperbacks behind our small town's Ben Franklin store. Covers missing and each book torn in two, split right down the center of the spline, I scanned the pages for any love or lust words—and curse words, too. From that point on, I scoured the public library and our local discount store, devouring anything labeled romance. I said a tearfully grateful goodbye to Judy Bloom as Jackie Collins began ruling my world. I live with my high school sweetheart turned husband and our three, beloved DVR's, in the desert Southwest. Otherwise known as the surface of the sun during the summer. My life long goals are to think before I speak, smile more and swear less, and actually weigh what my driver's license states I do. And I have been contemplating a hair color change for the last decade. I'm thinking red.
