But, with this boba, it's sooo easy to make at home. I brew my own iced tea ahead of time and chill it in the fridge. Pour some tea and milk over a cup of ice. Then I boil the boba for 3 minutes and let it rest in the hot water for 3 more minutes, and... boom!! Perfectly soft, chewy boba that is just so delicious. Mix a bit of brown sugar with the hot boba and you're there, son! It's seriously so yummy. I have to fight off my two year old because she tries to steal my boba tea when I'm not looking!
By using only 1/4 cup of boba per drink (having one boba tea a day), I can make one bag last for a week. So, two weeks worth of fresh boba for around $10 is a great deal! I'm really happy this stuff exists.
