Really nice knife!! I ordered it based on the recommendation of J. Kenji López-Alt in his The Food Lab cookbook. It's really nice for chopping small quantities of fruits and vegetables. Those slight indentations keeps them from sticking to the knife, something I often find annoying with other knives. It is also VERY sharp!

This is a great knife - sharp and well-balanced. I used to use either one of my chef's knife (Mac & Wusthoff) or the Wusthoff Santoko, but, frankly, they were too large to use comfortably to slice garlic and other small items. I have a ton of professional knives - Wusthoff, Henckels, Global, and Mac, and I reluctantly decided to add this one to the collection. It is now one of my favorites. THE favorite for smaller jobs.

This is my favorite knife. It's comfortable to hold and is the perfect size and blade to cut apples, strawberries, anything you'd use a small knife for. I use it so often that I bought another one from Amazon's warehouse deals and it arrived quickly in like new condition. What a great bargain!

i bought this to compliment my henkels 10" chef's knife after using a ceramic kyocera knife for a while , totally unimpressed by the kyocera, not being able to sharpen it is a major drawback , this on the other hand i was able to use my wet stones to put an incredible edge on it in minutes and it can be resharpened very easily . we'll see if it stays as sharp as the shun my ex took with ...
