10/10/2017 - Another Update

Since I updated on 10/5/2017, the company actually issued ANOTHER notification of delivery. That was the 5th notification that I had received saying that my product was going to be late and that they needed my approval. I have been waiting for over 2 months. They could have told me in the very beginning that the product was not in stock. Instead, they strung me along for 2 months and kept me waiting. My hair has only been partially completed all of this time. I could have simply ordered from another company, and that is exactly what I will be doing in the future.

Keep in mind that I have ordered from this company multiple times over the past 2 years. So, I kept waiting, because I wanted to be faithful to them. However, that obviously means nothing to them.

I will never order from Outre again.

10/5/2017 - Update

I will not be ordering from this company again. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my order. It would not have been so bad if they had just been honest with me in the beginning. They indicated that the product was in stock. They gave me a delivery date. Three or four days later, I was informed that the product would be late. I agreed to wait. I was given another deliver date, and the product was not delivered. Then, I was given another delivery date. The product did not come again. I have received FOUR follow-up messages about this product and the Amazon website indicates that it still has not yet even been shipped.

Note that I ordered from the company three times. The first two times, everything worked like a charm. But this is ridiculous. I am walking around with my hair only partially finished, and I am nowhere near a store. This is ridiculous.

I would highly recommend that you order from another distributor.

I finally installed my braids and I love them. The product delivered to me was exactly as advertised - color, length, brand, quality. I cut off about a foot from each pack and my mini two-strand braids still go down to my butt. The hair detangled very easily, making it easy for me to braid and limiting the amount of hair lost from tangling. I bought 10 packs. I have 8 installed currently and the other two packs can be used for touch-ups. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from your company again in a few months.

I dipped my ends in boiling water. Towel-dried. Moisturized with oil, "sealed" with a hair lotion, and sprayed with a lighter oil for sheen. My ends are sealed without any prospect of unraveling and they look natural and moisturized. To keep the ends from matting and becoming too wild looking, moisturize, smooth, and detangle the ends as necessary.
