I bought this card about 6 mos ago for 435.. somthing and wanted to add another later for xfire. I shopped 1 week ago and this card is 537?. I did a little research and I bought the "core" 7950 version for 399. Instantly overclocked it to 900 = 1400 It runs fine in xfire no problem, saved 137!! The fans are noisy though. I can hear them through my headphones when Im playing bf3 at Ultra everything getting 140 to 170 fps!!!

The performance is great and the card itself is beautiful. I'm not a big fan of over clocking cards myself so one that's already over clocked and tested is a nice feature. My only concern is the cooling solution. The single fan gets pretty loud and the card will run around 80 degrees during taxing gaming. However, I was running eyefinity across 3, 19 inch monitors on a single card before I purchased my second. An extra side case fan has helped some with the heat. I definitely wish I had gone with a card that has a better cooling solution.

The product came as advertised. I have yet to install it yet, but it has come on time and it is the correct product.

Edit: This card is a monster. I have managed to overclock the all the way up to 1100MHz using only the stock cooler. The card looks beautiful and handles nearly anything you can throw at it. I have yet to find anything I can use to stress it out. The stock fan is very loud under load though, but a good set of headphones can easily solve that problem. The card rarely gets above 70°C, but as stated before, its single fan is loud. If you have the cash consider going for XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 Double D Video Bundle

But I'm not even in the hobbyist level of overclocking yet, to those numbers are very low considering what they could be.

After some research I was able to find that this card does in-fact use the AMD reference PCB design. Which means that any custom waterblock for the ref PCB will fit on this card.

For the price you pay for it, and the quality the card showed to me.... I turned around and got the Sapphire Radeon 7970 OC instead...
