    How do I stream Netflix videos/shows on the XGIMI AURA?

    Please note that our product does not stream the native Netflix app. To access Netflix, it is recommended that you use a streaming device. If you don't have one, please contact the XGIMI Customer Support team, and we will gladly assist you.

    How do I adjust the display if there's a slight wave-like distortion when projecting?

    If you notice a wavy distortion when casting an image, please adjust the display with AURA's manual 8-point correction feature. For a better viewing experience, we recommend using a Ambient Light Rejection projection screen.

    Can AURA project directly onto a wall? How's the projection performance?

    Yes, it can, but it should be a flat wall (preferably white). Otherwise, you may experience poor projection quality.

    Do I have to log into my Google account to use the XGIMI Aura? How do I add/delete a Google account?

    To complete the initial setup, please log into your Google account.

    After entering the Google Android TV UI homepage, please follow the steps below to add/delete a Google account:
