I've been waiting to buy Xbox One for quite some time. I am the type of person who always buy consoles at launch, and did this generation with the PS4 but with Xbox One I decided to wait it out because one I'm a huge Halo Fan and Two I love Gears of War, so now with Halo 5 a week away and with Gear of War 4 definitely coming out some time soon I knew it was time. First, let me just start off by saying this is probably the best looking Limited Edition Bundle I've seen in my life, as you can see through my own picture I uploaded. It not only looks sleek but it matches well with my black decor I have in my house. The Limited Edition Halo 5 that comes as well (No physical game) comes in a nice sleek case with some goodies inside including some free downloadable items.

Xbox One is starting to have a nice category of games, with Sunset Overdrive, the Halo Anniversary Collection, Gears of War Collection, Forza 5/6, Forza Horizon and many other exclusive games coming out, this console has a lot of content for everyone no matter what the age. I will update my review within a week to reflect any changes or improvements that have occurred and give more in depth-thoughts, as I continue to use this well-built, good looking device, stay-tuned.

First time I bought a Limited Edition Console. Very exquisite design, kinda wish they do more consoles like this, I mean sure you can use skins to make a console different but this has light etchings, color scheme, and custom sounds.

I'm here mostly to upload my pictures.

Just one quip about it that bugged me that I would have thought be part of something this expensive and elite like, though I guess I should have read the description better but excitement blinds me :P

-Controller is battery power and not the rechargeable pack...I wouldn't mind paying extra for that to be included next time, I mean my Xbox One Day One version had that, and that rechargeable pack would include that cable, which is fairly common to obtain, to download updates to controller if need be.

Later I might get the headset especially design for this because I like matching sets, might get it for christmas time.

This version of the Xbox One is so worth the extra money spent. The 1TB hard drive can hold me for a while until I get an external drive. Have downloaded over 10 games & still have about half of the storage left while my brother's console barely has space left with 6 games on it. The bigger storage is an obvious perk though.

I love everything it comes with & how well it is packaged. Makes it feel like a very special console & no one in their right mind would dislike it. My favorite part is the controller's sleek design!

Even though it is an awesome console & it deserves the 5/5 rating... The only thing I didn't like (not a big deal) is that Apple earphones aren't compatible with the new headphone jack on the controller. Any other headphones are. Also, keep in mind that unless you have the headset adapter, the headphone volume will be very low by default. All you have to do is change your accessory's volume on your Xbox One's settings though.

While the sound it makes when you power it on/off or press eject is extremely cool, it seems kind of loud when everyone's asleep.

Either way, extremely happy about my purchase & you guys shouldn't look elsewhere if you're wanting to buy the Halo 5 edition.

Have a problem. 1. I thought this was going to be a new XBOX, but once i opened the box it look like it had been used before. 2. The biggest problem was that when i opened the Halo 5 game case I seen that it was definitely used, all of the codes have been scratched off and used, so when i went to download it i couldn't because it says that those codes have already been used. Does anyone know who i can call to get this fixed. Thank you.

I have owned plenty of Microsoft Xbox's over the years and have always enjoyed them and got my money's worth. This one however is the best looking console ever and definitely my favorite bundled console.

You really get your money's worth with this bundle because there are plenty of extras besides a very sweet looking console and controller combo.

Even the outside box and then the presentation of the bundle once opened is top notch. Microsoft did a really really nice job of appealing to Halo, Xbox & gaming enthusiasts all the same with this bundle.

They absolutely nailed the Halo details on the console and the controller. Plus, even if you're not a huge Halo fan you can't help but love the color transition along with the different sounds and lights.

Haven't experienced any problems with the actual hardware and all the codes checked out totally fine. Plus you get the sweet looking extras that go with the main event being the console and controller. If your a Halo fan and need a console or simply want and need one of the nicest looking consoles ever sold, this is for you.

Easily a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ product and can give this system my highest recommendation.

I have had to contact XBOX support to do a reset. There are a lot of updates and Halo took about a day to load. I couldn't figure out how to use the headset as it doesn't fit in the controller all the way. When I initially got the Kinect sensor for it. It did not work and I had to return it. Now my new Kinect works with it. Seems like since I did the reset on it. It is working now. If it continues to work well. I will keep it. If it doesn't then I will exchange it for another XBOX. I will say it has been more studying how to use this than what I spent learning the XBOX 360. It is really cool once you get everything working. I like that you can chat online with XBOX support. I have had some glitches in videos pausing halfway through, and video games. I think this may be from the internet but I have really fast wifi speeds. I had problems with making personalizations with gamertag pictures, etc. Those are now working correctly. I have learned a lot about the XBOX one. I like it but you may have to contact support to get it working all the way correctly.

This is truly a great console. The special sounds programmed into this machine are much better than the Halo Reach Xbox 360 version.
Not only will you love this console, but you will dream of it. The design is professionally done, with quite an amazing taste for detail as well as touch sensor buttons for on/off and eject buttons.

This console is truly great because the 1 TB is and should be from now on the minimum requirement for other Xbox One consoles. Having to store all your games prior to playing them in the console.

Amazingly, this console comes with the Halo 5 Limited edition as well! We get all the perks that the Limited Collectors edition get minus the Master Chief and Spartan Locke statues.

One downside to the console, is that you only get one controller, and since xbox 360 controllers are not compatible, you should also get the Master Chief Xbox One controller (Purchase separately).

The overall feel and joy of having this console makes truly a great time to move from your old console to Microsoft's Xbox One!

*Really* great looking Xbox. Same with the controller, very pleasing aesthetically. Nice custom sounds on the power and eject buttons. I'm really glad that I waited for this system just for the look of the finish alone. Not too overbearing or busy with the color palette, but just right.

Disappointed with the bright white light on the front of the XBox and controller. Wish I could disable both, as its distracting when gaming in a dark room or watching a movie. No USB plugs on the front, so getting around behind the system is a bit annoying to plug something in on the fly.

EDIT - as of Nov. 12, 2015, my opinion has increased somewhat. The backward compatibility addition is a big deal for the XBone. Definitely a plus. The menu interface has also been improved, made a bit more streamlined. Still not simplified as I'd like to see, but improved.

A big minus due to the fact that the digital version of the game wasn't part of the physical copy exchange option that M$ had. No way do I want to use digital games for a console that can be resold later. You would think that spending over $600 for the bundle would be a part of that exchange!

Another minus for the console interface in general (not related to the bundle specifically, of course). It leaves a lot to be desired, due to the Windows 8-like interface. Hard to find things sometimes, and often leaves me looking it up on Google or Youtube. It needs to be trimmed down and simplified.

Overall, for me, it was worth the purchase. Initially, I didn't feel that way, though, mostly because of the exchange issue. I'm having fun with it, and that's all that matters!

Got it on the release day of Halo 5, came THAT DAY!! Love it. The custom sounds, are so cool, and the design is beautiful. It took awhile for me to finish the metal model but it was fun because it was so challenging. If you go out and get the metal models I suggest also buying a pair of sturdy tweezers too... all the special edition goodies that come with this console are really fun and interesting and add to the story of the game. Really happy with this console.
