Note: The box just says "XBoxOne" but it is an S. Google the differences between XBox One and XBox One S. The difference is "black and white". The XBox One is black; the XBox One S is white. There are more, but that is what Google is for, my friend

Came on time and in great shape. Also, it is ready out of the box for 100-240 V at 50/60 Hz. This one comes with the two pronged US plug (ungrounded).

Not sure if we can play games bought in Europe on it but it looks like we can buy and download games via WiFi so, aside from used games, this may not be an issue

Also, WRT backwards compatibility, beware. Google the list of XBox 360 games you can play- you will be disappointed. But that is Microsoft and has nothing to do with this vendor.

Amazon and its vendors selling used/refurbished xbox as new

Once again, I have purchased an xbox from amazon and there is an inaccurate warranty. I'm not sure whether amazon or their vendors are selling refurbished units or just units without warranty but this is the second xbox I have received that has an incorrect warranty. The first, ordered before Christmas 2017, had a warranty that expired on November 4, 2018. It quit working and I received a full refund from Amazon for the weird warranty mixup. I, like a goon, ordered another xbox (the exact same type as before) and it arrived this week. It's working fine BUT, not to be taken a fool again, I went to register the xbox immediately, to double-check the warranty. This one actually has a three month warranty according to xbox.com (Microsoft) where I registered the serial number. The amazon tech told me to contact the manufacturer telling me "it's not our problem." I received the device 1/15/2018. The warranty expires 3/19/2018. The tech put me "on hold" so she could "research" this problem and I finally disconnected the call after an extended period of time. I then received an email from Cande E who asked me to leave some feedback.

This was an excellent deal when I bought it, ymmv. I have had no problems with it at all through ~6 months of use, although you might want to pair it with some rechargeable batteries. Any app using the controller rumble pack is going to kill a pair of AAs in no time flat.

This has to be one of the best Xbox concole I have ever used. I just got the Xbox 360 florza bundle to find that they stop makeing games on them so I upgraded to this so I can still play those games. It was a little confusing to make my account but it payed of in the long run because im in total control. Every one in the comments said it would take forever to download madden but that depends on you internet. They also said things about the code not being in the box but mine was there. Lastly my box didn't look like it should with gronk from madden but every thing was there.
