My son loved this controller when it worked! "All of a sudden it kept turning on and off. When it does turn on, it messes up." (My son's quote.)I bought the controller in December 2017 as a Christmas gift. It stopped working May 29, 2018. I called Microsoft support to see about replacing it. (They verified the day it was activated, 12/25/17.) Apparently, they know they sell crap, because they only have a 90 day warranty on their accessories. I was asked to submit pictures of the controller and receipt of purchase date, as the person was trying to get them to cover it for me. (The controller looks almost brand new. No abuse. No contact with water. Pictures attached.) The person finally reported they would not replace it. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! The person took their time trying to help me! Well done in that department. They also sent me a link for me to complain and stated they get many complaints on Microsoft’s limited warranty on accessories. Not worth the $64.99 I paid for it.
