**edit** so I have ran into a problem with this, when I try to connect the apps so I can receive notifications, it just stays loading or trying to connect. It won’t even connect to the Mi notifications. So far I’m loving it! I think everything is very accurate and useful. The only thing I think is off is the sleep tracking. I woke up several times during the night, but it didn’t register that I did. Probably because I didn’t really move or anything.I charged it for about an hour or two when I first opened the box. The battery life hasn’t budged. When I first turned it on and used the app, it take 1% but that was just because the firmware had to update. Other than that, no complaint!I’ve worn this thing in the shower too and to my surprise, it still worked! Super nervous about that but hey trial and error! The screen protector didn’t work because the sticker stayed stuck to it when I tried putting it on it, so... that was kinda useless.Either way this is making me more mindful about my daily activity and such. I think this is probably my favorite purchase off of amazon.

This is amazing for the price. It would be a great deal at double the price. I have worn it daily for a month. The battery life is incredible. I charged it once when I first got it and haven’t charged it for almost a month. Still has 30% battery. I use it for a daily step counter and multiple workouts a week. Syncs fine with the Mi Fit app on an iPhone. And the Mi Fit app links to the Apple Health app as a data source. I have had trouble with the on demand heart rate feature. It only works about half the time. The automatic heart rate feature during a workout seems to work fine and is accurate when I compared it to taking my pulse manually. It seems to be a little generous on the step count compared to the data from my iPhone. I have worn it a few times at night and it’s analysis of my sleep seems reasonable based on my recollection of the night. My one big complaint would be the band is a pain to get on tight enough. I am right handed and wear the Mi on my right arm. Getting it clasped tight enough with my left hand has been tough. All in all very pleased.

As a long-time Pebble Time aficionado, I've been looking for a replacement. The Amazfit Bip really seems to be the best alternative, feature-for-feature, but then I saw the Mi Band 3, and it really intrigued me.

While the Mi Band 3 is not a direct Pebble replacement, and it is more a fitness tracker than a smartwatch, it offers the key features that **I'm** looking for: Time & date, weather, phone notifications, long battery life, affordable price. I like that it has a heart monitor, and it isn't without its quirks, but so far, I really like it.

PROS: Slim, lightweight, long battery life, heart monitor, waterproof, changeable bands, inexpensive

CONS: Screen size, screen type (prefer e-ink), no weather on watchface.

OBSERVATIONS: The screen is a bit too small for my tastes, and while I'd love it if the Mi Band 3 had an e-ink screen like the Pebble Time, it is still readable and functional. Just know that in bright sunlight, the Mi Band's screen is not very readable.

There are 3 watchfaces included, and no more. They are simple and easy to read, however I wish weather was displayed on them as well. I know screen real estate is at a premium, but I'd love to see a weather icon and the current temperature. Instead, you have to swipe to the Weather screen.

The black silicone band is very comfortable. I also purchased a silver Milanese replacement band, so it looks nicer with more formal clothes.

For the price, this can't be beat. The Mi Band 3 not a pure Pebble replacement, but it provides everything that I need, and it's very affordable. So affordable, that I'm not worries if it breaks, since I can just buy another one cheap, and when I sync it to the Mi-Fit app, it restores everything back to where things should be.

For the price its a decent grab. Obviously if you're looking for state of the art heart tracking monitoring etc this aint it. What i mean to say is the machines at my gym also offer heart tracking and the fitbit had me at 121, while the gym equipment had me at 165 during a partiucaly long session on the elliptical. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to say a fitbit alta that actually offers a heart rate monitor and yes get this. Charging was a complete hassle until I read on reddit to tape the end of the charge port to the band while its charging, otherwise it will keep slipping out. Battery life is strong, not quite the claimed 30 something days but about mid twentities, which is way better than any fitbit. My fitbit needed to be charged every other say even with moderate to minor use. Bottom line, dont rely on the heart tracking too much, its probably not accurate at all. Sleep monitoring is on point, step count, receives messaging and notifications, wake up alarm functions even if it doesnt suggest it does when you check the kenu on the xiaomi.

My review title sort of sums up what this little gadget means to me, but allow me elaborate...

I was looking for a fitness band that was comfortable, stylish, easy to use, water proof, but most importantly, functional with good to great battery life...and this delivers in spades. Note that with battery life, mileage may vary, depending on what features you have enabled.

This is my first Xiaomi product and I think they really nailed with, with some minor complaints. Let's touch on the great stuff first:-
The functionality and features. Being able to monitor my steps, caloric burn (related to steps), go swimming with it, and get notifications and even weather for the next three days. I love being able to know who's calling or messaging without picking up my phone. Further to the greatest of this device, is the comfort. It's made of high quality materials, but is incredibly light and unobtrusive. The vibrating level is adequate enough to wake you at night if you set the alarm on it, but it's never jarring in your day-to-day goings about. The band has some really nice features, like auto-dimming after sunset or a scheduled time, being able to lock the screen, so there's no accidental menu changing without first unlocking it (by swiping up), and it even has a decent sleep tracking feature, that measures your stats and compares them to other users around you. You can even rate how you're feeling after you've woken up (Energetic, good, exhausted, sleepy). This band also has a Do Not Disturb feature, which turns on automatically if it sense absolutely no activity for a while, or it can be set up to work with a schedule. Another great feature is, you can change the band home screen to one of three options. Lastly, contrary to what I've read, you CAN lift your wrist to view the home screen (time, date steps) without having to touch the concave area. This is off by default, but you can go into the settings of the Mi Fit App and enable this feature.

On to the good things about the band: The design isn't stellar, or great, but it's certainly good. And although it isn't the best designed fitness band (comparing it to MY idea of how I'd design such a device), it's actually better looking than most, if not all the other fitness trackers out there. It's very simple and understated, but is also fashionable and wears well with your other accessories/clothing. Although the aesthetics of this band are considered good, it's actually really good looking device, especially compared to the competition. Now, let's talk a bit about the practicality of the design. I'll talk about the band first, then the actual pebble-esque tracker. The band is, in my opinion, incredible. Why? Because of its simple construction. One entire piece of rubber is used to make the band, which is great because the less parts something has, the less likely it is prone to failures, damages, etc. It offers quite a lot of adjustability, so even people with very small wrists should be able to wear it snuggly and comfortably. Another huge plus is, compared to many other fitness bands out there, the band can be swapped out for a new one, and there are countless different options/styles (colours, materials - black metal, stainless steel, rose gold, etc.) available from third party sellers. The great thing about Xiaomi products is, they seem to be very well supported by third party vendors, so you can even buy a replacement charging cable if needed. When it comes to the actual device, I Love the cute, understated shape of it, along with the indented capacitive touch area. However, because it's curved and protrudes out from the band, it can be prone to scratches against objects in your day-to-day actives, so, I highly recommend purchasing a screen protector. The display isn't very bright in direct sunlight, and you'll have to cup or shade it to see it adequately in direct sunlight, which I rarely find myself in. As a side note, the charging cable is proprietary. It comes with a small little dingle that the watch fits into snuggly and easily, and the charging pins connect and it starts charging. It can be connected to any USB device that has a USB-A connector (the regular connector you find on charging plugs, PCs, laptops, etc).

Another good, and arguably great feature is the app itself. The Mi Fit App is pretty robust, and has a lot of inbuilt features and hidden menus, which I find to be a little convoluted at times. By no means is it a bad app; it gets most of it right, and gives you the information you need to know upfront. But there is definitely some menu diving to find the full functionality of this little device.

Now for the bad - Honestly, there isn't very much negative things to say about this little tracker. My biggest complaint would be the screen brightness, which I already addressed. But it's very viewable in most outdoor conditions. I will say though, that I find the Heart Rate monitor to be a bit inaccurate at times. It takes longer to measure the HR than many of the other bands out there (including some much cheaper ones), and I don't find it particularly accurate. Sometimes my HR is higher by 10 points than it should be. I measure my pulss daily when I check my blood pressure, or do it manually with my own two fingers, and when my HR is about 55-60 beats per minute, this tracker measures it at 65-70bpm.

Last

Some suggestions/features I'd love to see implemented in newer models:-
- The ability to quickly reply to text messages using pre-programmed responses ("I'm busy" , "I'll call you back" , "In a meeting", etc.).
- Bluetooth control of music for Spotify, local music player, iTunes, Google Music, etc. (Play, Pause, Next Song, Previous Song).
- A countdown for the timer.
- An optional home screen (face) or setting that allows you to see the battery life.

All in all though, this is an excellent fitness tracker and beats some of the more expensive ones in vlaue and functionality. I can't wait for the Mi Band 4. I highly recommend it!

I’ve had this watch for over a year now, the battery life is amazing, I charge it maybe every 3 weeks? The heart rate monitor is very accurate, and it records my step count accurately too. With the watch, it also monitors your sleep and I think that’s really good to check out too! This is basically your fit bit but the cheaper version. It’s definitely value for money and I have nothing bad to say about this band. So happy I bought it and it’s worked so amazingly well this long time!

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Gerät
Reviewed in Germany on September 16, 2018

➡️ Conclusion :

➡️ Conclusion :

Produit vraiment top a recommander !!

5.0 out of 5 stars Smartband di cui non puoi farne a meno
Reviewed in Italy on September 9, 2018
