After my one pair of cutters was temporarily misplaced, I ordered a second pair. I have known that I needed a backup in the tool bin for a long time. This gave me the excuse I needed to buy it. I use these constantly and was reminded how great these Xuron cutters are are when having to use some cheap diagonal cutters until the replacement arrived. These cut well and very close to the work surface. The cheap ones do not.
I eventually found the older one. You can see from the photo how much use it has received over the years. It's still in great shape. The cutting edge remains in perfect shape. These are very durable cutters. The one on the right has been used regularly for over a decade.
