1. Please choose an open area for assembly. You may put the carton on the floor to prevent abrasion between the floor and the office chair.

2.Please make sure the office chair is assembled correctly. Generally, the control handle for adjusting the lift is on your right.

3. Make sure the executive office chair is firm enough before usage especially for the armrest. If the executive chair is shaky, uneven, tilted or with noise, please screw up further especially for the leg.

4. Please sit deeper to experience more supportive backrest and headrest.

5. If the back of the computer chair tilts to one side, release the screws on the metal plate. Thereafter, adjust the back to correct position, and tighten up the screws.

It's so hard finding a good home chair at a decent price but this one pretty much ticks all the boxes. Back is good with good amount of lumbar support [check] plus it is curved just enough so your midback and shoulders are supported too. Seat cushion has decent cushioning [check] plus it is has extra cushioning to elevate/support your legs right behind your knee (see second photo). Arms have a ton of padding plus you can flip them up so you can slide the chair under your desk for better positioning when needed. In terms of adjustments, it is simple with being able to adjust height (good amount), ability to tilt back when needed and adjust the tilt tension (I am 6ft for reference). It was super simple to put together and took about 15 mins by myself.

But honestly, their customer support has to be the best part of this chair. I contacted the seller when I needed some help with a minor issue & they responded within one business day. They were incredibly accommodating and they were able to provide me with multiple solutions to make me a happy customer. It feels good knowing they will be there in the future if I needed them.
