This is the best deal out there for a Gimbal; and, so far as I am concerned, is as good, if not better, than ones I see for eight times the cost; that cost being the somewhat less than sixty bucks that I paid here in October 2020.
Adorama stocks this and has it currently priced below sixty.
Everything about this Gimbal is rock solid and operation is as smooth as silk.
There is one very minor detail that, had I have paid several hundred dollars, would be cause for a lesser rating; but, for less than a hundred bucks, and with the cure taking maybe a couple hours of your time, I still stand by my 5-star rating.
The problem is notorious for many similar gimbals; there is some sort of mystery grease packed inside the workings that is stiff as a board when cold.
If you never plan to use the gimbal in colder temperatures, you will never notice.
In my 76* house, all movements were smooth and easy.
I put it in the freezer for about an hour and I could hardly move it; it was as if the knobs were locked.
I won't go into detail about removing the sticky goo and replacing it with something more suitable, as there are dozens of good videos describing the process on YouTube.
Once you get the sticky goo replaced, with just a few minutes work, this will become a four hundred dollar gimbal.
Be aware that there are several other gimbals that look similar to this one; look much more closely and you will see differences that make them inferior to this one.
Right now, there are only two other models that appear to be identical to this one; the ANNSM GB-100A and the Koolehaoda YL-46, both priced for more than this one.
The more recent version from Neewer looks very close, but the Neewer lacks the hex-head on the lower adjustment shaft.
I am glad I went this route; I am well pleased.
Update 30-Apr-2021: I finally disassembled, cleaned, and re-lubed my gimbal.
Instead of the black grease that I have read about in other brands, my example had some sort of white, extremely sticky, very thick, mystery goo = get it on something and it won't come off.
I first thought that brake parts cleaner would be the very thing to clean out the goo; not so --- brake cleaner would not even phase the stuff.
Plain old Goo Gone will dissolve it away within a few seconds.
I found the two hex-socket screws to require differing size Allen wrenches; 6mm for the upper pivot and 5.5mm for the base.
I had to resort to using a short piece of small pipe as a cheater bar to get the base screw loose.
After cleaning everything thoroughly, I applied a liberal coating of white lithium grease to everything.
I applied anti-sieze to the outer threads of the lower adjustment knob fitting.
Once back together, everything is smooth as silk, with just the right amount of resistance.
I have not yet tried the deep-freezer test to see how it will now behave in freezing conditions; no room in the freezer.
I am well pleased with my Yelangu A17 Gimbal and recommend it highly.

I liked the quality / price. Compared to Carbon fiber, there is very little difference in weight. When I tried it, I realized the problem of the lubricant that the Cardan brings. It is really tough and sticky. It looks more like half-dried glue than a lubricant. I took it apart by watching some videos on YouTube, it wasn't easy. The hard part is the rotating base of the gimbal. In the videos it appears that you have to heat it in boiling water, for 45 seconds, another kept it in hot water, for 25 minutes. None of that worked, I had to keep it in boiling water for 5 minute intervals, turn it off, wait about 5 minutes, hurt it again for 5 more minutes. I spent about an hour repeating the process. The rubber that the lubricant brings, begins to unravel with the intense heat. Finally with an L wrench, I managed, quite hard, to loosen the screw.
From there, it was only to clean the grease (which looks like glue), with a degreaser. Then I applied red Lithium Grease to the parts (I could not get white), then I reassembled it and it was like a silk. It moves faster and works like a Professional Gimbal. I also put a bubble level on it, which works better, due to where it is placed.
I am satisfied with my purchase. I recommend it.

I'm an "enthusiast" level DSLR guy who likes to take moon and bird-in-flight pixs. I use a 200-500mm lens which is heavy. This set up does not work well with a ball head tripod and I wanted to try using a gimbal head (but not for $600). This product does a good job of providing a stable platform. The gimbal movement is slightly "dampened" which is a good thing. I was able to get my camera/lens properly balanced with no problems. The gimbal head is heavy, but so is my Manfrotto tripod. The attachment plate is not the same as my Manfrotto but is similar. I feel confident that my camera/lens is securely mounted, but I wouldn't risk putting this setup over my shoulder and hiking. I carry by camera/lenses in a backpack and then set up with the gimbal when I am ready to shoot. I've purchased several DSLR products from Adorama and they do a good job.

Found out that this rather large and oddly shaped gimbal fits perfectly in an Amazon Basics Large DSLR Gadget Bag. Both the rotating arm and the lens cradle fit inside with room to spare for many other camera accessories. I found this camera bag to be of excellent quality at an extremely low price.

I'm using this with a 150-600mm Sigma lens and D5200 Nikon. Both adjustment/tightening screws are easily accessible and provide a firm grip to lock things down and loosen a bit for mobility. They may be even too tight. The construction is all metal except for the adjustment knobs. I believe this is the exact version of some slightly higher priced gimibal mounts that look exactly the same in the amazon photos.
Great product and I'm very pleased with overall.
