Here are the pros:
-It comes with a lumbar pillow that can be plugged in via USB port that has a light 'massage' function. The lumbar itself is very supportive
-It has an extendable leg rest which is something I have not seen before on an office chair like this
-The back and bottom offers a lot of support and is very wide so even for larger people this chair will work well
-Fairly easy to put together, all of the bolts were already in place and just had to be removed and re-used for the bottom and arm rests
-Good value for the price point
-The branding for the company is only on the pillows, so if removed the chair does not have any logos or anything on it. For some they might prefer this.
-The wheels roll a lot smoother than some of the other chairs I've had across our floor
-I wish the lumbar pillow had a strap or something to hold it in place behind the chair, not a deal breaker but would have been nice
-The leg extension only goes so far but I think for what it is and the design, it does a decent job. Just don't expect to get a full recliner experience out of it.
-If you have cats expect this type of material to get destroyed. We have 4 and a similar chair of mine is not looking so good.
Overall I am happy with the chair and recommend it for the price point vs. some others I've tried.
