Love this honey …
I used to buy this at the local Super Supplements store but they stopped carrying it. I finally nosed around Amazon and found it again. It pairs nicely with my coffee. Nice honey :-) The non- organic is substantially less expensive and from what I recall was just as taste worthy, but given a choice I choose the organic but would have no hesitation to order the other if my preference wasn’t available.

This is not your typical honey. Granted its organic and cream colored although it is not creamed honey. It is "pure" honey in the truest definition. The texture is solid, dense, somewhat waxy and velvety smooth with a pleasant floral taste. It describes itself as a gel, but I think it is much denser and although one gets a 1# jar, it is a small weighty jar. It softens easily on a piece of warm toast which is heavenly (no butter needed) or simply enjoy eating a spoonful by letting it melt in your mouth for a sensual treat. Due to its cost, which I think it is worth every cent, I won't be using it in tea. I'll continue using Rain Forest organic honey also sold on Amazon for that purpose. I think of this American/Canadian made honey as a true health food as it has numerous benefits. If you ever purchased the creamed South of France honey in the pail that Amazon used to carry, this honey's flavor and texture(when softened)will remind you of that incredible French honey. This is now my favorite honey. I encourage you to visit YS Organic Bee Farms website for additional information as they are a remarkable company. Also to comment on Swanson, the company that sold it, they were quick to fulfill and ship the order, both jars were well packed, they thanked me for my order a couple of times and sent a coupon for $5 off a future order which can be used in a direct order w/ them or on Amazon. So you know I'll be reordering this delightful honey and a few lucky friends may also receive a jar.

This honey is the most delicious honey I have ever tasted!! YS Organic Bee Farms honey is so good it was hard to not eat too much. We should all practice temperance in eating, even if it is something that is "good for you." Although the price is high, consider it like gourmet candy. Because it is not heated to high temperatures in processing, it crystallizes much quicker than more refined honey products. But, it can easily be liquefied by placing the jar in a pan of hot water (not on the stove). I would NOT recomend to place it in microwave - If you put it in the microwave to soften it, you will kill some of the beneficial elements in the honey. Microwave ovens are great for heating water, but must be used at low power levels for short periods of time if you want to maintain the beneficial micro-nutrients in your food! Also, research has shown that if you use plastic containers in the microwave, chemicals are released from the plastic which are then absorbed by the food. The chemicals accumulate in your body and can eventually lead to cancer. Use glass or ceramic only in the microwave because they do not release any harmful chemicals when used in the microwave!!!! This honey came in glass can with all certification for organic honey. I use it when I just start feeling that Im getting a flu - I warm 2-3 tea spoons of this honey with a fresh lemon juice and drink it - its gave immune system boost and most of the time - I dint get sick.

It is the most unique honey consistency I have ever had. I've had many different raw honeys and they are usually more loose and closer to liquidy form. I love the more wax like texture of this honey, it's easy to take a bit on the end of a butter knife and use it how you please. You will never hace a sticky mess from it because it doesn't drip. It also has a wonderful flavor.

This is the best Honey I have ever tasted. Hands down!! The bees have really made a masterpiece!! I had no idea honey could tast so good. I know I drooling on and on but seriously you have to try it. I think I will use a jar for my sweet tooth. It could replace chocolate I think. I used it to put in my Elderberry Syrup and was worried when I opened the jar because the honey is firm. But it dedolved in my syrup I’m keeping it I. The refrigerator and after three days it is still Dissolved. So moving forward it will be my go to honey. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this honey taste. An no I’m not getting paid or any free product for this review. It’s just plain GOOD.

I was very very scared of this at first.... had ALOT in my oatmeal & felt a little .....funny..... made me kind of tired & felt very out of it , light headed. But not bad---> I read online that raw honey can have pollen &whathavenots. So I didn't try it again for a while....then i got braveee & put it on my toast with coconut oil & cinnamon (amazing btw) ...I just used way too much before- like 4 tablespoons bc its not as sweet as store-bought honey so I kept adding more...I've since learned not to put more than a tablespoon for the first try but now I have like 2 - one on each piece of toast:). I also use this for cuts, wounds, eye infections. Sounds crazy but it works- do the research and you will see. I was getting a stye and put honey in my eyes--> completely gone the next morning. Another instance- my cat bit me while I was giving her a bath & it was extremely deep...became swollen & I could not move my finger. After 24 hours, it started turning purple. My mom and aunt (who is a nurse) told me I should go to the ER (this was at 11PM after I already took tylenol PM & was getting sleepy) they said it was justttt that serious. Apparently my mom's friend had gotten a blood disease from a cat bite and was in the ER getting blood transfusions for 3 days. Well I put honey all over it and started taking massive amounts of olive leaf extract (and water of course) , and literally within 24 hours, it was Almost back to normal and I could move it again...Unbelievable. Coconut oil is also quite amazing for wounds, although I would use that for more superficial cuts. Aloe leaf and honey are my go tos for wounds although getting one is rare, thank goodness. I am a regular user of this brand and seller for life! It is getting a lot more expensive but I know it's not their fault the bees are dying :( . SAVE THE BEES EVERYONE
