Update: The second picture is of it happening yet again. 4 broken jars of honey this time. The packaging was awful & my wife carefully opened the package this time. I'd like a product replacement please? We cannot, nor will use this honey, when it arrived in broken jars.
Although my wife & I love this honey all 3 of the jars we ordered came broken. Sadly the top jar didn't look broken & my wife reached into the package to put the honey away & wound up slicing her finger on the broken glass. We did take pictures for verification (including her finger, which we opted not to post due to how graphic it was).
Right now we are out almost $50 & we are hoping for a replacement on the 3 broken jars. Notice I didn't say a refund? This honey is the best, but the shipping & packaging of this product is lacking.
Perhaps better packaging & labeling on the outside of the package of this product would result in much less breakage & a lot more satisfied customers?
