So this is our second jar that we have purchased from Amazon. They carry this at Whole Foods but its 9.99 for a 1 lb jar. Technically buying it here on Amazon saved us a buck... but hey it's still a buck!

This honey is the REAL DEAL! I mean this isn't even comparable to any honey that most of the country/world is familiar with. This is ORGANIC, RAW, UNPASTEURIZED, UNFILTERED HONEY! It is so DELICIOUS!!! Since it is 100% pure and in it's natural state you are getting a superior product packed full of live enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Honey is healthy! My husband's grandmother emailed me all of the benefits you receive from honey (and cinnamon) but it is doubtful that just any old honey provides the grand benefits listed in her email (especially not the kind I grew up eating that my mother purchased from our local grocery store). So I am sure that people are trying to do right by their bodies when they eat honey but I feel their money is being wasted because if you buy a non-organic, processed, pasteurized, filtered honey then most of the nutrients are lost during all of these processes. So it's definitely worth the extra money to buy a quality product you can trust. I believe you can trust Y.S. Organic Bee Farms and I will gladly buy from them every time I need to replenish my pantry with a new jar!!! Thank you so much Y.S. Organic Bee Farms for offering such a pure and delicious product!!!

Honey is an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral substance. A spoonful a day keeps free radicals at bay! There are so many lovely things to say about this whole food, but you should research it for yourself. Seriously, Google the health benefits of honey and be sure that your first "real" jar purchased is from this seller! As mentioned previously, the benefits received from honey highly depends on the quality of honey you buy.

I enjoy my honey on toast with cinnamon sprinkled lightly on the top. I also use it to flavor drinks made with Chia Seeds which are also so very healthy. Or if I have a sweet tooth... I just grab a spoon and scoop out some honey from the jar and enjoy! My kids LOVE THIS! AND I DON'T FEEL GUILTY WHATSOEVER!!!

SO THE DAY I WROTE THIS REVIEW I WENT SHOPPING AT JIMBOS. I FOUND THIS PRODUCT BEING SOLD THERE FOR ABOUT $13.42 (DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT CHANGE)WE JUST PURCHASED THIS FOR $18.99. I CAN'T RETURN THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT EXCEPT THAT IT WAS WAY OVERPRICED. SORRY AMAZON, WE ARE LOYAL CUSTOMERS BUT NEXT TIME WE NEED THIS JAR OF HONEY WE WILL BE BUYING THE JAR AT JIMBOS AS IT IS SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER!!!

I purchased three brands at the same time so I can taste to find out which on is best for me, so I have purchased this YS organic, stakich and canada white gold,

Shipping: YS organic arrived fastest and I received in the third day while the other two a fulfilled by Amazon and that did not arrive until 8 days later

appearance, this YS brand is in very clean looking glass bottle while the other two in plastic and the stakich bottle do look a little messy

Taste and texture: the YS brand is very smooth and less sweet than other two, the texture is very fine and butter like (its just very good looking), stakich taste very average and the white gold taste real good with very creamy flavor, however it is too watery (even though they claim it is very dry, but I liked it as it is easy to scoop and apply. one more thing about this white gold. they do not have a really valid contact information, if you search the website, they only have a temp site with a cell contact number, which is very bad)

personally, I liked the YS the best, however I would suggest the owner not to reply to negative feedback like they did here, it is ok for people to not like your product, and it is just not nice for other consumers to see how you replied

btw, the honeys taste all depends on the types of honey and flowers and environment, but I will buy YS and White gold again

This is a good raw organic honey, HOWEVER, this company is dishonorable because they use their good reputation of selling quality, organic honey to sell a contaminated/non-organic honey. They put it in the same packaging and brag about how they are "organic pioneers". This is a dishonorable profit-boosting tactic of a typical american company. This honey is not organic for a reason: the bees that made it are in close contact with farmers that use heavy pesticides and/or other industrial facilities that crank out pollution. The bees pick this stuff up and it ends up in the honey. You dont want to eat this, it will lead to bad health problems later on in life and a shorter life span. The honorable way to boost profits would be to: a) expand the truly organic bee farms to produce more of the truly good stuff, or b) create a completely separate company to sell the polluted/non-organic stuff and put it in completely different packaging and don't brag about being an organic pioneer because it has absolutely nothing to do with this particular product. They chose neither of these, and instead went the typical, dishonorable route. It is now up to us as customers to punish them by taking our business elsewhere. Yes, I know it is hard to find another brand of raw organic honey to purchase, so I went ahead and made it really easy for you. Check out Trader Joes raw organic honey - and heres the best part - its even cheaper than this crap at only 5.99 per pound with no sales tax! No I dont work for them, and trust me, if I catch them doing something dishonorable I will be throwing them under the bus right along with Y.S. "organic" bee farms....
