This battery is much better than the traditional stock battery

I have a 2014 Triumph Street Triple R motorcycle and started having some discharge issues with the stock battery if the bike sat for any length of time. This battery is much better than the traditional stock battery. I noticed an immediate difference vs. stock battery upon startup. Even when my stock battery was in good shape there was always a little hesitation upon start-up. With this battery there is no startup hesitation-it's immediate and much stronger and smoother. My primary reason for buying it was for the longer discharge cycle lithium technology offers but the weight savings is nice and I was surprised I could actually tell the difference within minutes on the first ride during low speed maneuvers and when transitioning. I wasn't really expecting that. The charge status LED on the battery is a really nice feature to have as well as the provided plastic spacer blocks to aid in securing the battery. Seems well built and overall, for the price, cranking power and features vs. the competition from Battery Tender or Shorai I was very pleased with the performance of this battery. There were not many reviews of for this battery when I was shopping but decided to take a chance on it and if it continues to hold up reliably we'll have a winner and I'll continue to recommend it.

Third Time No Charm

I've gotten 3 of these now. One was out of warranty when failed, second warranty sent and now the warranty replacement has gone bad in literally about 2 months. I was recommending these at one point but I can't seem to win and after $200 in a about a year I'm done with them.

Absolute JUNK! Battery stopped holding a charge at 9 months! In a motorcycle with no power draws, in a garage, in Southern California. GARBAGE. would not warranty because it was past 6 months. Even Walmart has better customer service for batteries than this. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

A Lithium battery may not take the pounding a quad puts on it.
