3.5 out of 5 stars

This is a nice romantic story about a young guy (Evan) finding his Prince Charming (sort of). His family is suddenly broke due to his father's monetary indiscretions, and Evan's mom is having serious mental health issues. Evan, not used to providing for his own needs, not to mention those of his mother's, finds himself in a situation where he is willing to take a somewhat shady job just because it offers an attractive pay. His responsibilities become clear to him on the first night of employment: he is blindfolded and commanded not to talk back, except to answer a single question. He is felt up by his boss, Brian, who quickly makes him come. The titular "Ya like that, b*$%h" comes up quite frequently when Brian addresses his new toy. After the first two nights, his boss has some reservations about the arrangement, mainly because he finds himself falling for the young hot Evan, and he promptly fires him. The two lovebirds eventually make up, and the final scene, Evan's first time, is very hot indeed.

For me personally, it was too sweet and romantic. I prefer sizzling titillating erotica in short stories like these, and the actual dirty deeds took up a small percentage of this book. This factor aside, the story is well-written, for the most part. There are some things that didn't flow well for me, although to author's credit, there are no grammar errors or typos. Stylistically, there were moments where it was hard to follow the author's train of thought, and it threw me off a bit. Nevertheless, I would recommend this books to those readers who prefer short MM romantic stories with not too much heat in them.

MY REVIEW
This is a short read but that doesn't hurt the story at all. I really enjoyed this fast paced and entertaining story. Evan has lost everything. His father is in prison, his mother is in treatment. He has no money and has to work a menial job in order to pay for his mom's care. He applies to be the personal assistant to businessman, Brian Donoghue , by sending his resume and picture. Everything changes after Brian notices the younger man's picture. Brian wants Evan to work during the day as his personal assistant but at night, yeah, that's a whole different story. Evan will be Brian's submissive during the evening hours. Evan steps into a whole new sexy and kinky world. There is an instant electricity between the pair and one night of passion leads to a very unconventional relationship between the two. There was a lot to like about this story. I adored Evan, who had a boyishness and innocence about him. Anytime that he was near Brian the sexual chemistry level went up about 3,000 percent. The author excels at writing fun, sexy and at times emotional dialogue. Sometimes, I just want a story that I don't have to invest a lot of time on but still satisfies my need for a sexy read. This book does that for me.

A Molly Lolly Review
Four and a half Stars
It had a cute beginning. However I enjoyed how Evan got together with Brian after Evan was fired. I didn’t expect the scene where he saw Ben at Brian’s house but it wound up being my favorite. I liked the BDSM-lite aspect to the story but it could have gone further. Then again I enjoy BDSM in my books.

Evan is desperate to raise some funds to pay off debt and pay for his mother's hospitalisation. So when he applies for the job of a personal assistant and gets offer the job with great pay, he jumps at it. But his new boss, Brian has specific requirements and Evan isn't sure he can fulfil all of it.

I enjoyed this heart-warming and sexy short that I red it in one sitting. Evan is thoroughly like-able and you can relate to his conflict. As a boss and Dom, Brian is thoroughly like-able too and I'm glad he changed the terms of the agreement when his conscience pricked him. There were also a twist I wasn't expecting and it was a nice touch.
