4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad at all!
By mommys on August 18, 2017
The bike is adorable, and a Yamaha, not some off brand... My very tall just turned 3 year old, can definitely ride it but it looks so funny, like he's WAY too big, I am sure that 16" would have been too big, so we went with this 12". My only issue was that the pedal was extremely hard to pedal for my son, my five year old daughter tried it and said it was "a bit hard" compared to her bike, but for what I paid...$35 it was worth it even if he outgrows it. This will definitely resell at a great price once he can no longer ride it. I would not have kept it for the full price of $57 when I ordered it, and I think it's ridiculous that it is now in the $70 range!!!
Update after five days usage, it is now in the $95 range, I got a heck of a deal then, and my son now rides it fairly easy, after my husband made adjustments. The seat does not adjust but the handle bars do. I bumped it up one star rating.
Picture to compare the 12" Yamaha vs 16 " Shopkins.

5.0 out of 5 stars No cartoon theme with this bike!
By Thomas W. Young on September 2, 2020
Made no mistake, this is a wonderful first bike for any small child two to four years old! Extremely well made, safe, and a real head turner! Easy assembly, even though there were no instructions included. This bike is sure to please any child! It pedals and brakes like a big kid's bike!
