About the Author
Meredith Atwood is a recovering attorney, wife, mother of two, four-time IRONMAN triathlete who had never run a mile in her life until she tackled the sport of triathlon. In 2010 she started writing and created her Swim Bike Mom blog. Then, I looked at the way she introduced the solutions and identified the “Nonsense” in her life. It was impressive and, again, convincing, in vivid “color” (clearness, emotion, impact). Again, most of these would apply to most people, even tough corporate execs... And then her ways/exercises of working out the alternatives to solving the Nonsense: They were very practical. (And I can’t say that I’ve seen any as good in all the many books that I’ve read in the area).
I would recommend that you read, and apply, this book, no matter who you are or where you are in life, as it has immense value to be mined. I certainly will be using it to develop (borrow?) some of my materials from, for my attempt at writing high impact, life changing pieces.
I would love to see your comments on the results you get from this book. (Add comments below.)
