About the Author
GARDNER DOZOIS has been working in the science fiction field for more than thirty years. For twenty years he was the editor of Asimov’s Science Fiction, during which time he received the Hugo Award for Best Editor fifteen times, Nebula Awards twice, and a World Fantasy Award. He has also been inducted into the Science Fiction Hall of Fame and has received the Skylark Award for Lifetime Achievement. He lives in Philadelphia, PA.

Overall, he has a very fine eye for quality writing style apart from sci fi bona fides. Typically it takes me almost a full year to read the entire anthology and what an annual joy it is! Let's pray that Mr. Dozois' health and eyesight remain excellent for many years to come.
