<p><b>Suggested Use: </b></p><p>12+ years: take 1 tablespoon, 1 - 3 times a day.</p><p>6-12 years: take 1 teaspoon, 1 - 3 times a day.</p><p><b>How to take it:</b></p><p>Stir the fiber supplement briskly into at least 8 ounces of liquid. You can mix this into water, orange juice — recommended, milk, or any shakes. Drink immediately. You can also add this to your ingredients when baking goods.</p><p>It is helpful to drink plenty of water when using this product.</p>
