Do you find it difficult to make commitments? Even harder to live up to them? After you give your word on something, are you plagued with second thoughts? Do you dread completing projects or actually reaching a personal goal? The fear of saying yes torments countless people - and it keeps them from finding God's best. Blaine Smith looks closely and compassionately at the struggles even serious Christians have with "the yes anxiety". Even if it has been difficult in the past, you can learn to say yes and mean it. And enjoy the extraordinary benefits of commitment.

I have asked a multitude of counselors and though I got great advice and a common theme which did give me guidance, i still got no clear path from God.
Although I don't know 100% if my conviction is correct after reading this book, it really cleared alot of fog from my mind. My biggest takeaway is that I have been thinking emotionally more than logically.
I am a visionary and when I think too far in the future, all I can see is the work it takes to get there. Through daily devotions, I only need to trust God and the rest will work itself out.
I am so glad I read this book, I have more confidence to take on some of the risks I wasn't sure were Godly. Through those risks, I can grow closer to Jesus.
Thank you God, bless M. Blaine Smith!
there are a lot of information held up in this book; stuff that you're pastor or mentor wont be able to tell you. if you really study the bible, and yearn for knowledge, this one will give it.
