Yilo is also ideal for doing yoga outside on natural ground - your standard Yoga mat is not enough cushion on rocky mountain ground, but with Yilo for your hands and knees, you will hardly notice. Yilo is made from sophisticated closed cell foam material and won't absorb moisture, sweat, or dirt - clean with soap and water as needed. This advanced foam material gives perfect cushioning for any pose and superior grip to the floor and all mats (but not clothes or skin). Yilo's size and weight (only 5 oz) allows it to be moved around quickly and easily during yoga practice to modify virtually any pose - you can effortlessly move Yilo from your knees in a cat cow sequence to your wrists in a sun salutation series and back again.
