My favorite parts of this book might be the chapter that describes Susan's low-carbohydrate, low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory diet because of very practical tips I can utilize easily, as well as the chapter on how she lost her health 5 years ago and the steps she took to regain it. Yoga for Beginners is more than just a yoga book. I love Susan for offering these personal stories and helpful information that doctors rarely offer. She's changing my life for the good! I highly recommend this book. It's a good practice to be a beginner or have a beginner's mind.
