I have used her turn back the clock routine religiously - I lost weight, trimmed almost 70 pounds and feel wonderful. The moves and routines in this book mirror but are more intense than her first book. Her directions are precise, photos help and her life view is great. Highly recommend this book and the excercises!

I gotten the book from the Library and decided I needed to have one for myself. I plan to do yoga for health and fitness reasons and I liked the approach Glenda uses.
