It's not a training class, it's more a explanation class.
If you want to know postures before going to a class, it can be good.
For people who already did yoga, it's long and not a training.9
That said - this is an excellent supplemental workout for the yogi with a strong personal practice. Sometimes you get in a rut and it is cool to have a resource like this to kick up your routine a little. If you already KNOW the proper alignment, breath work and how to sequence your own 60 minute work out - this is like a fun addition to your resource base for those times when you don't have access to an intermediate class in your area.
I thought the teacher had a pleasant demeanor and articulated the poses well. I thought the "student" demonstrated the pose better than your average student in a yoga class (well she's a professional teacher hahaha). The combination is reasonable supplement NOT A REPLACEMENT to visiting your regular teacher.
